David’s Pro Bono Representation of a Death Row Inmate

David is currently representing a death row inmate for the appeal of his conviction.  The client’s conviction in Texas is being challenged on several fronts, including the representation received in advance and during the trial.  David’s commitment to justice brought him to the border of Texas and Mexico to represent a poor client with only a remedial education because David believes that everyone, regardless of income, education, race, gender, age, or sexual orientation deserves justice.
